Casa Corsi is excited to introduce our head chef, Joseph Lauriente.
Vancouver-based and extremely talented,
Joe is passionate about his vision for our menu: maintaining the traditions of Italian Mediterranean cuisine while infusing it with local ingredients, therefore bringing two cultures together as one.
Sourcing fresh and local ingredients from North Vancouver and other areas of British Columbia, Joe wishes to celebrate these ingredients, putting them on full display rather than hiding them. We look forward to serving to you a meal prepared by Joe and his team…where the passion and quality is evident in every bite.
