About Our Auto Repair Services

We Keep You In The Know

To maximize the performance and longevity of your tires, it's essential to not solely rely on routine inspections and replacements by professionals, although those are certainly beneficial. You should also conduct your own tire checks, as a lot can occur between scheduled service appointments. Whether you suspect tire issues or simply want to perform a quick self-assessment, here's what you can do.

Do You Need Your Tires Serviced?

  • Test The PSI: To determine if there is any concealed structural damage not visible to the naked eye, perform a tire pressure check. Here's how: Visit your nearby gas station, preferably one with free air, and inflate your tire. Next, reinsert the pressure gauge tool (it should display the current PSI reading) and assess it. If your tire is gradually losing air, this indicates a need for tire servicing.
  • Penny Test: If you wish to assess your tire's tread depth, try the penny test. Insert a penny into the tread of your tire with the Head facing downwards. If you can see the top of Head, it indicates low tread depth, signalling the need for tire replacement. The last thing you want is to drive with a bald tire, as it can make driving challenging and highly perilous.
