League Rules:
Play it fun and safe!
- 3 x 14-minute stop time periods. 5-minute run clock overtime and shootout if time allows
- 11 players per team (10 skaters and 1 goalie)
- Try to maintain 6ft distance in the dressing room and to the best of your ability on the players’ bench
ABOUT INSIDERS HOCKEY LEAGUE
Continuing to provide a service no other league can provide.
We believe that providing games where no one knows who is going to win in each game will let us grow the league.
We started Insiders Hockey League because we didn’t like how most games in recreational ice hockey were usually out of reach for one of the teams.
Finding a division that is a perfect fit for a team is almost impossible. Insiders Hockey League is looking for more teams and full time players to provide a safe and fun experience where players get to hang out in their rooms for a bit and bond as a team.
